Terms of Service

Effective date: 07/07/2026 · Last updated: 07/07/2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and
MyAdventures Ltd ("we","us", "our"), governing your access to and use of MyAdventures.AI
and related websites, applications, and services (together, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our
Acceptable Use Policy, and our
Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract
to use the Service. The Service contains mature fictional themes and is not
intended for children. By using it you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. The Service

MyAdventures.AI is an AI-driven solo tabletop role-playing game. An artificial-
intelligence "Game Master" generates narrative, characters, and imagery in
response to your input, and the system records game state to keep the fiction
consistent. Content is generated automatically and is fiction. It may be
unexpected, inaccurate, or not to your taste, and it does not represent our views.
See Section 7.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for
all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Notify us promptly at support@myadventures.ai of any unauthorised use. We may refuse,
suspend, or reclaim accounts as described in Section 10.

4. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy,
which is incorporated into these Terms. In summary, the Service is for adult
role-playing fiction with mature themes but not explicit sexual content,
gratuitous gore, hateful content, or anything that sexualises a minor, and you may
not attempt to circumvent the Service's safety measures. Violations may lead to
content removal and account suspension or termination.

5. Ink credits, plans, and payments

The Service uses virtual credits ("ink") to meter AI usage, available through paid
purchases and/or plan allowances.

  • Nature of credits. Ink is a limited licence to use AI features of the
Service. It has no cash value, is not money or a stored-value instrument, and is
non-transferable except as we expressly permit (e.g. gift codes).
  • Purchases. Paid purchases are processed by Stripe; your use of
their service is subject to their terms. Prices and inclusions may change
prospectively; changes do not affect credits you have already purchased.
  • Expiry. Credits may expire as disclosed at the time of grant or purchase
(for example, promotional or gifted credits with a stated expiry). We will make
applicable expiry terms available to you.
  • Refunds. Except where required by law, purchases are final. We may, at our
discretion, refund unused purchased ink if you close your account in good
    standing.
Unused purchased ink may be refunded on a good-faith account closure but is
forfeited where we terminate your account for a violation of these Terms or
the AUP, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
  • Taxes. Prices may exclude applicable taxes, which are your responsibility
    unless stated otherwise.

6. Your content

"User Content" means the inputs, characters, worlds, stories, rulesets, and other
material you create, upload, or generate using the Service.

  • Ownership. As between you and us, you retain the rights you hold in your User
Content. AI-generated output is provided to you subject to Section 7 and any
third-party terms; the legal status of AI-generated material varies by
jurisdiction and we make no representation about its copyrightability.
  • Licence to us. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence
to host, store, reproduce, modify (e.g. format/derive embeddings), display, and
transmit your User Content as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the
    Service
. For User Content you choose to publish or share, you additionally
grant us and other users the licence needed to display and use it through the
Service's sharing features. This licence ends when you delete the content or
close your account, except (i) for content others have already forked or copied
under the sharing features, and (ii) as needed for backups, legal compliance,
and the operation described above for a reasonable period.
  • Your responsibility. You represent that you have the rights necessary to your
User Content and that it does not violate the AUP or any law or third-party
right. You are responsible for backing up your own content.
  • Our right to remove. We may remove, unpublish, or restrict User Content that
we reasonably believe violates these Terms, the AUP, or the law, or that exposes
    us or others to liability.

7. AI-generated content

  • It is fiction, generated automatically. Output is produced by machine-
learning models in response to prompts and procedural systems. It may be
inaccurate, offensive, inconsistent, or unexpected, and similar prompts may
produce similar output for different users. It is not professional advice of
    any kind.
  • No warranty of suitability. We do not warrant that generated content will be
appropriate, accurate, original, or non-infringing, and you use it at your own
    discretion and risk.
  • Your prompts matter. You are responsible for the inputs you provide and for
your use of the outputs, and you must not use the Service to elicit content
    prohibited by the AUP.
  • Third-party AI providers. Generation is performed with the help of third-
party AI providers (see the Privacy Policy). Your inputs are processed by those
providers to produce output; their handling of data is described in the Privacy
Policy and governed by their terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and our trademarks, is owned by us or
our licensors and is protected by law. Except for the rights expressly granted
here, we reserve all rights. The Service includes System Reference Document 5.1
material made available under CC-BY-4.0; that material remains subject to its
licence, with attribution provided within the Service.

9. Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party services (for example AI, image, email,
analytics, hosting, and payment providers). We are not responsible for third-party
services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and policies.

10. Suspension and termination

  • By you. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
  • By us. We may suspend or terminate your access, remove content, or reclaim
ink credits, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated
these Terms or the AUP, if required to protect the Service, other users, or third
parties, to comply with law, or if your account is inactive or fraudulent. For
serious violations — in particular content that sexualises a minor — we may
terminate immediately and take the steps described in the AUP.
  • Effect. On termination your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by
their nature should survive (including Sections 5 (as to accrued amounts), 6
    (licences that survive), 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14) survive termination.
Handling of unused ink on termination is governed by Section 5.

11. Disclaimers

The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without
warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement,
and any warranty regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the
Service or of AI-generated content, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Some
jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some of these may not apply to
you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers will not be liable for
any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages,
or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or content, arising out of or relating to the
Service. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service
will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the
12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or
(b) USD 50. These limits apply even if a remedy fails of
its essential purpose.

13. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses
(including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the
Service, or your violation of these Terms, the AUP, or any law or third-party
right, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without
regard to conflict-of-laws rules. [Choose one, with counsel: disputes will be
resolved exclusively by the courts of the United Kingdom / disputes will be resolved
by binding arbitration and you waive class actions.]

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will take reasonable steps to
notify you (for example by email or in-Service notice) before they take effect.
Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. General

These Terms (with the AUP and Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you
and us regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains
in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign
these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale.
