Humans and other races born with trace amounts of titan essence in their blood, displaying subtle physical mutations and heightened sensitivity to marrow.
The Titan-Blooded are descendants of those who lived close to titan remains during the earliest days of settlement. They possess minor physical traits — elongated fingers, extra joints, patches of calcified skin, or eyes that reflect marrow's ghostly light. They prove naturally resistant to marrow sickness and make exceptional miners and handlers. The Cult of the Hollow God actively recruits among them, claiming they are the chosen vessels for the returning titan gods. Imperial law grants them protected status, but fear and superstition persist in rural areas.
